Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, connecting digital health companies to major lab partners like Quest and LabCorp. The company processes data from wearables, lab tests, and patient-doctor interactions to make health data accessible, actionable, and automated. Backed by top-tier VCs including Creandum, Point Nine, 20VC, and Y Combinator, Junction is scaling rapidly with ~60 team members. As Technical Implementation Analyst, you will own lab certifications end-to-end, managing ~30 concurrent accounts simultaneously. Your core responsibilities include: picking up new certification requests from Quest and LabCorp, building test plans, running test cases, and getting each account live; maintaining clear status tracking and proactively resolving blockers; serving as the primary point of contact for lab partners on test cases and issues; automating manual certification workflows using scripts, AI agents, and other tools; investigating data issues by running queries and scripts against backend systems and APIs; managing lab account setup, sub-account configuration, and pricing requests; maintaining documentation for customers and internal teams; and identifying additional partner processes ripe for automation. You will work closely with Oliver and Andy on the implementation team, with support from Jeff. The role offers genuine autonomy to build solutions, with AI as your primary lever. Success means every certification and partner process has a clear owner and status, accounts go live faster with less back-and-forth, and at least one additional lab partner process moves from manual (spreadsheet/inbox) to automated. This is not a pure customer success role—you'll engage with customers when needed to get them live, but most time is spent with lab partners and internal teams. It's also not a pure engineering role; you own a process and automate it rather than shipping product features, but you will write and ship code changes yourself. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of implementation, integration, or technical support experience with API-based or similarly technical products - Ecosystem thinking: experience working with active partner networks and integrations, understanding how process improvements affect multiple stakeholders - Technical coding ability: can make code changes and ship fixes yourself (scripts, database queries, API integrations) without requiring line-by-line engineer review - Hands-on scripting: comfortable writing SQL and scripting in Python or JavaScript - AI-native: daily use of AI tools, integrated into workflows; reach for AI first when facing repetitive tasks - Project management: ability to keep dozens of items moving simultaneously without slipping - High ownership mentality: see problems and want to solve them; view manual work as something that shouldn't require humans - Dependable with partners: clear, organized, responsive communication with external contacts NICE TO HAVE: - Experience with lab or healthcare data (HL7, results interfaces, EMRs) - SQL or Python/JavaScript scripting experience IMPORTANT: Candidates must be physically based in GMT or EST timezones. No visa sponsorship available at this stage.
