Flutterwave is seeking a Technical Executive Assistant to support strategic business development, stakeholder engagement, solution design, and project execution for public sector and enterprise opportunities. The role bridges business development and technical coordination, requiring strong analytical capabilities and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying public sector and enterprise opportunities, developing executive briefs, proposals, and business cases, and conducting market research on government initiatives and industry trends. You will support executive meetings and stakeholder engagements with government officials, regulators, banks, and enterprise clients.
On the technical side, you will develop a deep understanding of Flutterwave's payment solutions and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations teams to design client-specific solutions. You will translate customer requirements into actionable internal deliverables and support solution demonstrations.
Project management is central to the role: tracking strategic initiatives from opportunity through implementation, monitoring action items, identifying risks and bottlenecks, and maintaining governance trackers and status reports. You will also maintain databases of opportunities, stakeholders, and competitors, analyze business data using Excel and Power BI, and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with actionable insights.
The ideal candidate has 4–9 years of experience in consulting, banking, fintech, or related fields, with strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and project management tools. You should be comfortable with cross-functional coordination, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
