As a Technical Engagement Manager, you will be a key driver of client success, managing the delivery and deployment of EvolutionIQ's solutions to major insurance carriers. You'll own the full engagement lifecycle—from initial deployment through change management to long-term client success and renewal/expansion opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide day-to-day project management and technical delivery for a portfolio of clients, ensuring solutions meet requirements on time and within scope
- Lead internal and customer-facing calls, demonstrations, and presentations; serve as the client advocate with an "outside-in" perspective
- Manage project timelines, track progress, and escalate risks proactively to both clients and internal delivery teams
- Document client business rules, requirements, and processes; ensure proper platform configuration
- Develop deep understanding of insurance claims workflows and EvolutionIQ's solution capabilities
- Support business development and operational initiatives as needed
- Provide backup support to Senior TEMs on top-tier accounts
You'll need 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client delivery roles with a proven track record of meeting external deadlines. Strong data analysis skills (Excel, analytical tools) and background working with data as an analyst, consultant, or in client-facing roles are essential. You should be an excellent communicator across technical and non-technical audiences, detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to balance competing client needs with budget and capacity constraints. Self-starter mentality, empathy, and commitment to high-quality service are critical.
Compensation includes a base salary of $140–175K (depending on experience), annual bonus, and company equity (RSUs).
