As a Technical Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for bringing Kela's systems into the field and ensuring they operate effectively. Your responsibilities span the full deployment lifecycle: site readiness assessment, system installation, integration with existing infrastructure, commissioning, testing, formal acceptance, and handover to customers.
You will work primarily from the office but travel regularly to customer sites to conduct surveys, oversee deployments, and perform hands-on technical work. This role bridges engineering and field operations, requiring both technical depth and practical problem-solving skills. You'll collaborate with engineering teams, customer stakeholders, and field personnel to ensure successful system deployment and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has experience with systems integration, deployment operations, or field engineering in complex technical environments. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently at customer sites are essential.
