As Technical Delivery Manager, you will own the end-to-end technical implementation and adoption of Legora's platform for enterprise customers. You'll serve as the primary technical point of contact from project kickoff through go-live and post-rollout support, ensuring customers successfully deploy, integrate, and scale the platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading integration projects from kickoff through go-live, managing technical documentation, test plans, and rollout execution
- Acting as dedicated technical contact during implementation and early adoption phases, with proactive monitoring and stakeholder updates
- Configuring and supporting customer environments including SSO, DMS integrations (iManage, SharePoint, NetDocuments), and API-based connections
- Providing post-rollout technical support for enterprise clients, troubleshooting advanced issues and driving customer satisfaction
- Coordinating across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align on requirements and ensure smooth rollouts
- Delivering technical training and guidance to customer teams on configuration, workflows, and best practices
- Feeding implementation insights back to product and engineering to improve future deployments
You bring proven experience in technical delivery, implementation, or similar customer-facing technical roles. You have strong hands-on expertise with SSO, authentication protocols, and enterprise integrations (DMS platforms, APIs). You excel at project management with a structured, proactive approach to managing multiple parallel projects. You translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences and build trusted relationships across customer and internal teams. You're comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. French language proficiency is advantageous but not required.
