Cyera is building the security operating model for the age of AI. The company provides a unified control plane that understands relationships between data, access, and behaviors across humans, systems, and AI—enabling businesses to accelerate AI adoption while securing data and models. Backed by leading investors and working with Fortune 1000 companies, Cyera is seeking a Technical Competitive Intelligence Analyst to join its Competitive Intelligence team. The Competitive Intelligence team analyzes the competitive landscape, evaluates technical claims, and identifies strengths, gaps, and risks. The team works closely with Product Management, R&D, Sales, and Marketing to provide evidence-based insights that inform product decisions, competitive positioning, and customer conversations. In this role, you will: • Analyze identity security products in depth, including their architectures, technology stacks, and key features across NHI (Next-Generation Identity), agentic identity, IGA (Identity Governance & Administration), and adjacent PAM (Privileged Access Management) and ISPM (Identity Security Posture Management) solutions. • Gather and synthesize competitive intelligence from field input, customer feedback, analyst reports, call intelligence, CRM data, and public sources to assess competitor claims and understand which vendors appear in deals, at what stage, and how Cyera wins. • Monitor competitor product updates, announcements, acquisitions, and new market entrants. Assess their potential impact and identify emerging technical risks and opportunities. • Partner with R&D, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to identify differentiation opportunities, inform roadmap decisions, and share evidence-based win/loss insights. • Develop and maintain technical competitive assets, including deep-dive reports, battlecards, objection handlers, and technical comparisons, so teams can find and use current guidance. • Prioritize field requests by deal stage and provide fast support for POV (proof-of-value) and decision-stage deals. • Assist in creating and verifying technical benchmarks to assess Cyera's products against competitors. The role outputs include technical analyses, competitive reports, and materials used across the company to inform strategy and execution. Requirements: Not specified in the provided posting text.
