DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform that automates accounting workflows from data entry to close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier VCs (Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary, Google Ventures) and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.
In this role, you will own a major product area end-to-end, setting strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes. Your responsibilities include:
- Defining strategy and roadmap for a significant product area, creating clarity for other PMs and cross-functional teams
- Owning complex technical domains spanning AI agents, ML systems, and the trade-offs between LLM-powered and deterministic approaches
- Designing data ingestion and synchronization workflows across dozens of external systems, including bi-directional workflow creation
- Building evaluation systems that make reliability and accuracy first-class outcomes, with agents posting to a real ledger
- Driving high-impact, ambiguous bets from problem framing through launch and iteration
- Holding the product area accountable to measurable business results (retention, activation, expansion), not just feature velocity
- Partnering closely with engineering and design leadership on architecture and technical trade-offs spanning multiple teams
- Improving internal processes, tooling, and operating models to help the team ship faster
You'll work in-person with an ambitious, fast-moving team in a high-trust, high-speed environment with significant equity ownership and the opportunity to grow with one of the top AI companies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record owning a product area or line and driving measurable business outcomes (not just shipping features)
- High agency and strong ownership: ability to set direction in ambiguity and drive execution independently
- Deep experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows, including shipping LLM-powered or agentic features to production
- Strong understanding of evals, failure modes, and technical trade-offs in AI systems
- Clear, direct communicator who creates alignment across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency
- Willingness to work in-person with an ambitious team
NICE TO HAVE:
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI) and daily use of AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor)
- Accounting, ERP, or fintech domain experience
- MBA and/or experience working with business stakeholders (Sales, Revenue)
- Technical background (CS, engineering)
