In this role, you sit on the front line of customer engagement. You lead enterprise discovery sessions to uncover core business challenges, design tailored AI solutions on Unframe's platform, and own delivery end-to-end—serving as the strategic and technical bridge from initial conversation through final deployment.
You will manage multiple simultaneous engagements with short planning horizons and evolving requirements. Approximately 30–40% of your time is active client management, ensuring senior stakeholders remain aligned through delivery, progress reviews, and post-deployment rollouts. The remaining time is spent designing solutions, writing detailed specifications and prompt architectures, collaborating with engineers and AI specialists, and identifying reusable product patterns for the platform team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting discovery sessions directly with enterprise clients to map workflows and distinguish surface-level requests from fundamental operational needs
- Translating customer problems into structured solution plans; writing detailed specs and defining prompt and context structures
- Collaborating with engineers to deliver solutions on target, prioritizing requirements and managing tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope
- Acting as the voice of enterprise operators while feeding insights back to the Platform team
This is a true builder role requiring hands-on solution design and the ability to make critical technical decisions that determine whether an AI deployment succeeds.
**Requirements:**
- 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles, with proven track record working alongside engineering teams on complex, fast-paced technical products
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (fluent French to connect with users and stakeholders in France; fluent English for daily collaboration across international teams)
- Proven experience personally leading consultative conversations with enterprise buyers and operators—owning discovery conversations to surface unstated needs and translate them into clear solution scope
- Ability to manage senior client relationships through complex delivery, keeping stakeholders aligned and serving as primary point of contact when requirements shift or timelines compress
- Ability to start from raw business problems and define how AI solutions should function, writing precise specs for build teams
- Experience shipping AI-powered features under tight timelines, managing evolving requirements, and documenting strategic tradeoffs
- Direct exposure to building with LLMs: writing prompt structures, defining context and output constraints, working with agentic systems, or managing model uncertainty in shipped products or working prototypes
- Builder orientation—driven by creating customer-facing solutions rather than managing traditional roadmaps
- Strong written communication, systems thinking, high attention to detail, and ability to navigate multi-faceted projects
