Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Business Development Lead to serve as the strategic bridge between its Silicon Valley headquarters and the Korean market. This role combines technical expertise with business development acumen, targeting one of the world's most sophisticated industrial hubs in automotive autonomy and physical AI. You will engage with potential customers identified by Korea-based Account Managers and through your own ecosystem understanding. Your responsibilities include conducting customer discovery sessions to understand requirements and Applied Intuition's solution fit, hosting customer workshops, and organizing tailored demonstrations of the company's autonomy and infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop customized solutions for existing products or support creation of new offerings for novel customer concepts. This includes iterating on technical scope and business models with customers, guiding proposals through their approval processes, and planning revenue strategy for solutions across automotive and adjacent domains. The ideal candidate brings 5-8 years of automotive industry experience with deep knowledge of relevant technical domains and best practices. You should demonstrate proven ability to work across complex stakeholder environments, execute multi-faceted projects, and manage competing deadlines. Strong automotive software technology background is essential, along with excellent organizational and project management skills. International travel is required approximately once every 4-6 weeks. Professional fluency in Korean (written and spoken) is highly valued for direct customer and partner engagement in the Korea market. Experience scaling a product from Series A through IPO is a plus. Applied Intuition operates primarily in-office (5 days/week from Sunnyvale), though the company recognizes the importance of flexibility for occasional remote work and schedule accommodations.
