Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect - Analytics to lead the design and delivery of sophisticated analytics solutions for enterprise customers. You'll work with Solution Architects to transform program designs into configured Salesforce solutions that address complex business problems, with a focus on rapid, value-driven delivery.
In this role, you'll architect and build end-to-end analytics implementations using Salesforce's analytics stack, including Tableau CRM (CRMA), Data Cloud, Einstein Discovery, and related tools. You'll be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and low-level design through development, deployment, and post-production support. Working in Agile scrum teams, you'll design sophisticated dashboards and reports, implement data transformations using recipes and data flows, and craft predictive/prescriptive models using Einstein Discovery.
You'll mentor customer and system integrator resources, accelerating knowledge transfer and establishing yourself as a champion in the Salesforce Industries partner ecosystem. You'll share standard processes, lessons learned, and time-saving techniques across the wider community.
Required: 10+ years on deployment teams (ideally Agile), with deep experience in E2E analytics delivery including requirement gathering, planning, design, development, and deployment. Proven expertise in CRMA dashboard/report design, data transformation (recipes, data flows), Einstein Discovery, Salesforce flows, and enterprise CRM implementations. Strong technical foundation in Salesforce (Apex, Lightning), SQL, data modeling, and external system integration. Excellent communication skills—equally comfortable with technical documentation, whiteboard discussions, and customer presentations. Self-starter mentality with ability to rapidly acquire new skills.
Preferred: Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant certification, Tableau Desktop/PrepBuilder expertise, Data Cloud certification, and Salesforce Platform Developer/App Builder certification. Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
