Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 / annual
SafeBreach is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to large enterprise customers, driving value, adoption, and growth with their industry-leading exposure validation and Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) platform.
In this role, you will manage enterprise relationships and deliver technical excellence independently while collaborating with global teams. You will lead onboarding and complex implementation projects for commercial and enterprise customers, including installation, training, and technical setup. You'll provide expert technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle, promoting best practices and removing technical blockers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer relationships proactively to meet established SLAs through strategic advisories, regular check-ins, and clear communication
- Driving product adoption and expansion by translating usage data into actionable insights and advising on optimization strategies
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and resolve technical and business issues
- Using tools like Gainsight to track customer engagement, identify risks early, and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Working independently during APAC business hours while maintaining alignment with global teams
- Delivering workshops and supporting enterprise customers to drive post-sales success

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager, Support Engineer (Tier 2/3), or Professional Services within cybersecurity or SaaS companies
- Strong experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework and detection engineering principles
- Hands-on expertise with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, threat intelligence platforms, vulnerability management, and penetration testing tools
- Comfortable working across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Familiarity with Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS), pentesting, threat hunting, red teaming, CTEM, and Adversarial Exposure Validation (AEV)
- Proven track record delivering workshops and supporting enterprise customers
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration, project ownership, and managing complex technical implementations
- Clear, confident communicator able to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% for customer onsite visits, team alignment meetings, or industry events
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Deep expertise in offensive security methodologies (BAS, pentesting, threat hunting, red teaming, CTEM, AEV)
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages to customize and extend SafeBreach capabilities
- Experience working in a startup or rapidly scaling company environment
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CEH, or similar security credentials
