You will serve as a Technical Account Manager (TAM), acting as the primary technical and strategic partner for customers post-sale. This role blends deep technical expertise with relationship ownership, combining elements of customer success management and solutions engineering. You will own a portfolio of global accounts across financial services, insurance, pharmaceuticals, transportation, and technology sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning assigned accounts end-to-end, from onboarding through steady-state usage to expansion
- Leading new customer onboarding and enablement to ensure teams succeed on the Comet platform from day one
- Providing hands-on technical expertise in AI/ML, including agentic AI systems, LLM fine-tuning, RAG applications, and multi-agent systems
- Conducting technical enablement sessions on Comet workflows across time series forecasting, computer vision, LLM fine-tuning, RAG evaluation, and agentic AI development
- Troubleshooting technical issues, helping with Python SDK integration, custom visualizations, and leading technical working sessions
- Leveraging knowledge of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Ray) and LLM tools (OpenAI, Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph) to create examples and support integrations
- Using customer health analytics to identify expansion opportunities and churn risks
- Supporting the renewal process and driving account growth in partnership with Sales
- Serving as the internal voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Contributing to scaling initiatives, processes, and programs as the company grows
You will report directly to the Head of Customer Success and be measured on customer satisfaction, product adoption, retention, and expansion revenue. The role is fully remote in North America with flexibility required for working across global time zones (significant presence in US, Tel Aviv, and Europe). Travel is required a couple of times per quarter.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in an AI/ML domain customer-facing role (TAM, CSM, Solutions Engineer, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with LLM and agentic AI development; comfort with common LLM models, agent frameworks, and tools (OpenAI, LangGraph, Bedrock, agent orchestration frameworks)
- Deep, demonstrable knowledge of Python and ML frameworks (Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, Hugging Face); familiarity with building or evaluating agentic AI applications a plus
- Strong understanding of the ML, MLOps, and agentic AI landscape (applications, tools, research)
- Basic experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Quick problem solver with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities across a portfolio of accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for building customer relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strong communication and presentation skills; excellent listening skills
- Ability to travel a couple of times per quarter
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience
