Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 / annual

As a Technical Account Manager on the Success Advisory team, you will partner with Pigment's most strategic clients to unlock the full value of the platform. This hybrid technical and client-facing role requires comfort designing multidimensional models while advising C-suite executives, and leveraging AI to extend what a small expert team can deliver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to strategic clients on technical topics, including performance best practices and Pigment's multidimensionality concepts
- Partner with Customer Success to build strategies aligned to each client's roadmap and challenges
- Run workspace audits and help industrialize them with AI-assisted tooling to deliver deeper insights faster
- Build and enrich the Success Plan offering, including repeatable, AI-augmented delivery modules
- Collaborate with Product & R&D to surface opportunities for platform enhancement
You will work across multiple parallel projects with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a bridge between technical implementation and strategic business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Architecture, consulting, or analytics advisory
- Ease and credibility with clients, from platform admins to C-suite executives
- Demonstrated builder's curiosity about AI; experience using AI tools to work smarter and desire to push AI's potential in an advisory context
- Track record leading multiple parallel projects across internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) modeling experience or strong appetite to develop it quickly
- Familiarity with finance processes or adjacent use cases (supply chain, SPM, Workforce)
- Comfort with data analysis, data flows, and connections (SQL, APIs)
- Experience with AI tools, vibe coding, Claude Code, MCP, solution design, or data architecture
