The company is certified as a Great Place to Work for 2025. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned institutional accounts, including leading national banking organizations. This role sits at the center of client operations, managing relationships with top-tier financial institutions and driving platform adoption and success. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned institutional accounts - Manage onboarding and deployment of new users, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption across client teams - Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Compliance teams to resolve client issues and implement workflow improvements - Track and maintain organized workflows, timelines, and client documentation - Monitor platform usage, identify engagement opportunities, and escalate risks proactively - Support client meetings, QBRs, and reviews with preparation of materials and actionable insights - Document processes and share knowledge internally to improve team efficiency and scalability - Act as trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and providing proactive solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and consistently delivers high-touch client experiences. Qualifications: - 5+ years in client management, account management, or operations within financial services, wealth management, or technology-driven environments - Preferred: Prior experience managing client relationships with institutional banks or large financial institutions; estate planning experience strongly preferred - Proven track record managing high-value or complex client accounts and driving measurable results - Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and process improvement - Deep understanding of financial services workflows, client engagement strategies, or enterprise technology platforms - Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, technical fluency with SaaS platforms, and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams - High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, client-first mindset, and proactive approach to problem-solving
