Knox operates the largest Federal & DoD managed cloud, building and operating secure cloud and AI environments that support the U.S. government's most critical missions. As a Technical Account Manager I, you will own strategic customer relationships for Enterprise customers operating within Knox's FedRAMP-authorized cloud environment.
You will be the primary customer advocate within Knox, responsible for ensuring operational success after implementation, driving customer alignment, managing escalations, and serving as a trusted advisor across technical and operational initiatives. This role coordinates closely with SRE, Security, Compliance, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership teams to ensure customers operate successfully in highly regulated environments.
Key responsibilities include: owning ongoing customer relationships following implementation and production go-live; serving as the primary operational and strategic point of contact for customer accounts; advising customers on operational best practices, process adherence, and platform adoption strategies; coordinating cross-functional teams during operational incidents, escalations, and customer-impacting events; driving customer meeting cadence, operational reviews, and executive status updates; ensuring customers align with Knox operational expectations, SLAs, incident response procedures, and change management processes; identifying customer risks, operational gaps, or adoption concerns and proactively driving mitigation plans; partnering with Technical Implementation Managers and Engineering teams to ensure continuity between implementation and long-term operations; advocating for customer needs internally while balancing platform standards and operational scalability; and supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to customer operations, service delivery, and customer experience.
The work is high-impact and purpose-driven. You will operate at federal scale, securing some of the most sensitive government environments in the country. Your contributions are visible, your expertise is relied upon, and the impact of your work is immediate and measurable.
