Camunda is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for the DACH region to serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers adopting the Camunda platform for agentic orchestration and business process automation. This is a customer-facing technical leadership role where you will partner closely with strategic accounts throughout their adoption journey, from onboarding through ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for designated enterprise customers, guiding them through all stages of Camunda adoption
- Create and execute tailored technical adoption plans designed to maximize business outcomes and ensure long-term success
- Deliver hands-on technical guidance, best practices, and advisory services to both business and technical stakeholders
- Proactively identify and remove execution risks through platform health checks, escalation management, and internal advocacy for customer needs
- Build collaborative relationships across Camunda teams (Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, Pre-Sales) to drive measurable customer outcomes
- Spend time on-site with key accounts for strategic milestone interactions (up to 50% during peak periods) to deepen partnerships and accelerate initiatives

Requirements:
- Experience in enterprise automation, business process management, process orchestration, or robotic process automation
- Strong technical foundation with ability to guide both business and technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel on-site to customer locations as needed
Nice to Haves:
- Relevant industry certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CKAD, CKA, etc.)
- Familiarity with Camunda products
- Experience in enterprise software adoption and customer success
