Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 / annual
Coralogix is rebuilding observability through a real-time streaming analytics pipeline that delivers monitoring, visualization, and alerting without the burden of indexing. The company enables users to define different data pipelines per use case, providing deep observability and security insights at scale for less than half the cost of traditional solutions.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a vital role in the customer journey, leading the technical onboarding process from deal closure. Your mission is to set customers up for long-term success by ensuring smooth implementation, rapid time-to-value, and strong adoption foundations.
You will lead customers through one of the most critical phases of their journey, managing complex implementations, resolving technical challenges with confidence, and demonstrating product value while engaging with stakeholders from hands-on engineers to senior executives. Specific responsibilities include:
- Lead the onboarding process, from new integrations and artifact creation to trainings and troubleshooting
- Solve customer technical problems related to platform adoption, data integration, and existing integrations
- Understand customer technical requirements and business goals to create artifacts and deliver measurable value
- Leverage deep knowledge of the Log Management and Observability markets to guide customers on best technical practices
- Build a successful, ongoing game plan for each customer based on data analysis and specific needs
- Establish relationships and engage with technical counterparts to drive product adoption
- Advocate internally for customer needs and influence product development roadmap
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role requiring a strong technical background and proven customer-facing experience. You will bridge the gap between Coralogix's platform and customers' real-world goals.
Requirements:
- Background knowledge of DevOps, Cloud, and Observability
- Industry knowledge and opinions on Monitoring, Observability, Log Management, and SIEM
- Hands-on experience in technical integrations and complex troubleshooting
- Proven experience in customer-facing positions with excellent customer-facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives
- Hybrid work model: 2–3 days per week from Boston or Dallas office
