Qevlar AI is a B2B SaaS scale-up building an AI platform that transforms Security Operations Centers (SOCs) from reactive to proactive units through autonomous security alert investigations. The company has raised $44M from top-tier VCs (EQT Ventures, Forgepoint Capital, Partech), deployed solutions with major enterprises like Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and serves 1,500+ clients across the US and EMEA with multi-million dollar ARR, targeting $25M by end of 2027.
In this role, you will own technical health and escalation resolution for the company's most strategic and complex accounts. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor for the portfolio's highest-stakes customers, with accountability for time-to-resolution and root-cause analysis quality. Beyond reactive support, you'll drive proactive risk prevention through account-level technical strategy, running recurring health checks, context and automation reviews, and Qevlar usage audits to catch problems before they escalate into tickets.
You'll architect feedback loops that translate recurring technical pain points and production data into structured input for the Product and Engineering teams. Working across all departments, you'll contribute to internal processes, tooling, and documentation that scale team efficiency. You'll also partner closely with Customer Success Managers to fuel commercial expansion, serving as the trusted technical voice in renewal-risk or expansion conversations where technical credibility is the blocker. Rather than just resolving issues, you'll act as a technical sales and trust asset alongside the CSM.
The role demands someone with strong intrapreneurial drive—a "Builder" mindset capable of building the machine while running it. You'll bridge engineering rigor with revenue goals and customer success metrics, demonstrating radical collaboration across teams and customers. Pragmatic empathy is essential: you'll understand client friction points and solve them proactively without ego. You'll translate hyper-technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, actionable business value for enterprise-level stakeholders.
