You will serve as a Technical Account Manager (TAM)—a technical powerhouse embedded across the entire customer journey. This is not a traditional sales TAM role; you are the technical secret weapon working across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot live technical issues, lead technical workshops, and remove technical roadblocks for prospects and customers.
- Drive Proofs of Value (POVs) and deployments: design, configure, and support customer POV environments; navigate deployment requirements including identity, SSO, email infrastructure, and allowlisting.
- Partner for growth: collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from demo through renewal.
- Build for scale: identify recurring customer challenges and translate them into reusable documentation, playbooks, and product insights for Engineering and Product teams.
Success is measured by revenue closed, customer renewals and expansion, and achievement of company revenue and retention goals.
Requirements:
- Rock-solid technical fundamentals and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Unstoppable curiosity and comfort jumping into unfamiliar technical domains.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain English for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with zero ego; you thrive solving real problems rather than being the smartest person in the room.
- Cybersecurity background is not required, but technical depth is essential.
