As a Technical Account Consultant - Benefits, you will be the "reporting and data master" for Rippling's customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimize their use of Rippling through expert data analysis, process consulting, and best-practice guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Manage: Coordinate with internal and external teams to execute customer engagements and help optimize Rippling usage
- Drive Adoption: Promote customer adoption of key features and consult on best practices for workflow integration
- White-Glove Service: Provide attentive, personalized guidance and product enablement to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement
- Product Expertise: Become a go-to resource for both customers and internal colleagues within 90 days
You will work with data sets, build and interpret reports, create pivot tables, provide insights on data management best practices, and build trusted relationships with customer administrators. This role requires daily execution across reporting, consulting, and customer advocacy.
Rippling values in-office collaboration; office-based employees are expected to work in the office at least three days per week.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of SaaS experience in customer success, consulting, implementation, or support
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience building reports, working with data, and enabling customers with reporting needs
- Passion for helping customers and colleagues
- Ruthless prioritization and time management skills
- Master project/task manager with strong follow-through
- Ability to explain complex scenarios in clear, simple written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems
- Interest in actively collaborating with product and engineering teams
