The Card Payments team is responsible for transforming global payment complexity into competitive advantage, powering over 50 brands across Latin America and Europe. The team owns end-to-end engineering for 3DS authentication, scheme connections, and cross-functional payment innovations.
As a Tech Lead Software Engineer, you will drive significant technical decisions and leave lasting impact on PPRO's technical strategy, system architecture, and engineering culture. Operating within a cross-functional team, you will solve complex technical problems, lead architectural choices, and mentor fellow engineers while remaining hands-on with coding. You'll build foundations for innovative LatAm products, shaping the future of real-time accounting, reconciliation, and billing systems.
