Salary: USD 193,461 - 205,000 / annual

Reflexivity is seeking a Tech Lead Manager to oversee technical direction and project execution within the engineering team. This role combines hands-on software expertise with effective cross-functional collaboration, requiring you to lead and mentor engineers while delivering high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Set technical objectives and priorities aligned with company goals and roadmap - Partner with Product, Design, and stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables - Own architecture and implementation to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance - Run code reviews and enforce engineering best practices - Reduce technical debt and improve development processes - Track industry trends and recommend adoption where relevant - Build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning - Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Tech Stack: Go, Python, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, ORMs, Redis, Elasticsearch, S3/object storage, REST APIs, gRPC, AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related field (or foreign degree equivalent) - 5 years of experience owning AI data workflows from raw data ingestion through production-level models, including building and managing data-heavy systems for AI or advanced analytics - 4 years of experience at fintech startups within the investment space - 3 years of experience leading teams to build core software products while staying technical, including buy-side or market data platforms - 1 year of experience with AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) - Experience with Golang or Python - Experience with LLM systems, reasoning engines, or knowledge graphs
