CEEZER is building enterprise-grade infrastructure for Climate Performance Asset management, helping the world's largest companies source and manage carbon credits, Energy Attribution Certificates, and Sustainable Aviation Fuel certificates with data-driven precision and real-time monitoring.
As Tech Lead, you will architect and scale a B2B procurement platform delivering an intuitive, enterprise-grade user interface for complex workflows. You'll drive end-to-end technical strategy and architecture, translating ambitious product requirements into performant, scalable features and microservices. This is a hands-on role where you'll author high-quality, maintainable code across TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js while leading by example.
You'll cultivate engineering excellence across the team through mentorship, technical guidance, and rigorous code reviews. You'll safeguard platform integrity by establishing robust security, reliability, and performance standards across applications and cloud infrastructure. Close partnership with product, design, and cross-functional teams is essential as you evaluate trade-offs and engineer optimal, user-centric solutions.
Requirements: 5+ years of professional software engineering with 2+ years of proven technical leadership guiding teams through complex product deliveries. Deep proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js ecosystem, with extensive hands-on experience building data-dense interfaces using React or Next.js. Strong architectural expertise in RESTful API design, backend systems architecture, and relational data modeling (PostgreSQL preferred). Demonstrated commitment to engineering rigor, understanding of software design patterns, enterprise web security, and modern development workflows. Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and continuous deployment on platforms like AWS. Exceptional collaborative and communication skills to articulate complex technical decisions and mentor engineers. Python familiarity or strong technical curiosity for data processing is a plus.
