We are seeking a Tech Lead to join our engineering team and lead technical strategy across product teams. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant technical scope and mentorship responsibilities, but without direct people management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and drive long-term engineering vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders
- Lead and execute large-scale engineering projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals and technical excellence
- Plan and implement architectural strategies to support future scalability and business needs
- Coordinate high-impact initiatives across multiple teams and departments
- Temporarily embed in product teams to solve complex architectural challenges
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers at all levels
- Ensure best practices, code quality, and development efficiency through technical leadership and code reviews
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of engineering
In your first month, you'll integrate into the team, learn Fever's tech stack (Python-based microservices, CI/CD workflows, infrastructure), merge pull requests to production, and experience Fever's live entertainment offerings. By month three, you'll solve complex architectural problems, write production-grade code handling high traffic, and participate in hackathons. By month six, you'll mentor team members, lead microservice launches from concept to production, and drive ambitious initiatives.
You'll work on iOS and Android apps, web platforms, and backend services that power the global Fever experience.
