Salary: USD 163,270 - 224,500 / annual

Divergent 3D is seeking a Teamcenter PLM Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and evolution of their Siemens Teamcenter PLM ecosystem. This technical leadership role is responsible for designing scalable PLM solutions that enable engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise teams to collaborate efficiently throughout the product lifecycle. Key responsibilities include investigating and analyzing new applications and functionality for the Teamcenter and NX environment; defining and evolving the overall architecture for the Siemens Teamcenter PLM environment; designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance PLM solutions supporting engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise business processes; designing extensions to the Teamcenter object model to support integrations between NX, ERP, and MES systems; customizing Active Workspace and adding new functionality; evaluating new Teamcenter and NX capabilities to recommend technology improvements; designing new and enhancing existing workflows for Change Management and Release Management; gathering requirements from users to design new features; authoring project definition and design documents for enterprise-level projects; consulting with various departments on best practices and troubleshooting; and partnering with engineering, IT, and manufacturing stakeholders to improve PLM adoption and usability. Required qualifications include 10+ years of experience with Teamcenter implementations, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, hands-on experience with Teamcenter BMIDE, Classification, Workflows, Change Management, NX integration, Rich Client, Active Workspace, and customization; experience with ITK and SOA APIs; programming experience in C++, C#, Java, and/or Python; strong knowledge of PLM concepts including product structures, configuration management, workflows, and lifecycle management; experience creating workflows and with Teamcenter Change Management; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; and excellent communication abilities. Preferred qualifications include experience with data migrations, upgrades, and multi-site environments; manufacturing or high-growth technology business experience; Teamcenter Cloud environments; Easy Plan, Opcenter, and Mendix; NX customization; and Teamcenter/NX installation and upgrades. The role is hybrid/onsite preferred but open to remote arrangements.
