Adyen is seeking an experienced Team Lead for its Salesforce Sales Cloud team, based in Amsterdam and reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations. This role combines people leadership with technical operations oversight, managing a team of Salesforce admins and developers who optimize and integrate Adyen's commercial engine.
Key responsibilities include:
• Team Management & Development: Oversee daily operations including 1:1s, performance reviews, career progression planning, and administrative approvals for team members.
• High-Performing Culture: Build a collaborative, positive team environment that encourages cross-functional collaboration within RevOps and supports individual professional growth.
• Scrum Execution: Drive agile delivery by running Scrum ceremonies, actively removing engineering and operational blockers, and monitoring team velocity for stable delivery cycles.
• Capacity Planning: Manage resource allocation and sequence execution timelines based on team availability, aligning with the Product Owner's backlog priorities.
• Technical Debt Management: Consult with the Technical Architect on platform health initiatives, ensuring realistic scheduling within delivery timelines.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product Owner, GTM Operations, Salesforce Service, and RevOps stakeholders to maintain alignment and coordinate dependencies.
• Transparent Reporting: Provide stakeholder and leadership visibility into project timelines and delivery progress.
Required qualifications:
• 5+ years in fast-paced environments as Senior Admin, Product Owner, or similar role
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience managing or partnering with senior technical staff (Architects, Tech Leads) in platform/engineering contexts
• Proven track record delivering Salesforce projects and initiatives
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience leading teams and driving Scrum ceremonies
• Change management and technology adoption experience
