Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia). The company brings clinicians directly to patients' homes, providing a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility, complemented by remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management programs.
The Care-Coordination Team Lead will manage and lead a team of Care Coordinators at the Marlton, NJ office, ensuring high-quality healthcare delivery. This is a people-management role with direct supervisory responsibility for six or more employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews, hire, and train Care Coordinator employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work tasks for the team
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
- Reward and discipline employees as necessary
- Address employee complaints and resolve workplace issues
- Communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team
- Motivate team members and maintain team morale
- Provide support to management on hiring, training, and team performance updates
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of management experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and patient services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Proficiency in English language structure and content, including spelling, composition, and grammar
- Understanding of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and measurement of training effects
- Familiarity with principles and procedures for personnel management
