Optibus is seeking an experienced Team Lead Full Stack to lead the Platform Team within the R&D Core group. This role combines hands-on full stack development with people management and technical leadership. You will manage a team of 6 Full Stack Engineers, working alongside a Product Manager and Product Designer to deliver high-impact solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience for bus drivers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of 6 full stack engineers
- Making technical decisions across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Contributing hands-on to development of cutting-edge features
- Prioritizing and delegating tasks to drive team productivity
- Developing and executing the team's technical strategy
- Ensuring delivery of high-quality, reliable, and performant features
- Collaborating with tech leads, product managers, designers, and other engineering teams
- Driving cross-functional and cross-group product solutions
Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of full stack development experience, demonstrated leadership capability, and a track record of managing technical teams. You should be comfortable with both strategic technical decisions and hands-on coding, with a focus on operational excellence and user-centric design.
