Immersve is building a decentralized payments protocol that bridges real-world and Metaverse transactions, enabling cryptocurrency and NFT holders to spend their holdings in fiat currency at merchants or transact in the Metaverse. As Team Lead Engineer, you will manage day-to-day team activities while serving as a full-stack software engineer. Your responsibilities include:
• Lead and mentor engineers through their growth and development
• Maintain high code quality and scalability across APIs, UIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, tests, and other critical engineering components
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on status, progress, and alignment
• Contribute to product leadership from initial design through roadmap scoping and delivery
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with multiple daily production deploys
• Establish new tools and patterns as the product and technologies evolve
• Demonstrate strong developer principles focused on code quality and performance
• Work across the full technology stack in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment

REQUIREMENTS:
• Full-stack development capability: cloud infrastructure, databases, APIs, and UIs
• Strong team leadership and people management skills
• Excellent coding ability with focus on code quality and performance
• Comfortable with continuous delivery and agile methodologies
• Experience or curiosity about blockchain and smart contract development preferred
• Proficiency or willingness to learn: TypeScript, React, Tailwind, Cypress, NodeJS, Hapi, Cucumber, Solidity, Substrate, AWS, Docker, Terraform, DynamoDB
• Ability to contribute to high-level technical designs and mentor others
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
