REGENT is building Seagliders—wing-in-ground-effect craft that travel just above water at 180 mph with 180-mile range on current battery technology. The company is scaling from prototype to full production and seeking a Talent Programs Coordinator to support recruiting operations and early-career talent development.
In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of recruiting operations, candidate experience, and campus recruiting programs. You'll own interview scheduling and coordination across teams, ensuring candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams stay aligned despite shifting calendars and priorities. You'll create exceptional candidate experiences by coordinating communications, travel logistics, onsite details, and relocation support for new hires.
Key responsibilities include: managing interview process flow and keeping stakeholders synchronized; building and maintaining REGENT's year-round campus recruiting program, including university relationships, career fairs, and early-career pipelines; coordinating intern and early-career recruiting logistics (applications, interviews, communications, offers); running recruiting events like career fairs and campus visits; serving as a point of contact for relocating new hires; identifying opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, templates, automations, and systems; and maintaining data accuracy to track program effectiveness.
You'll work closely with the People team, university partners, hiring managers, and candidates in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and plans adapt quickly. This role offers genuine program-building opportunities beyond execution—you'll help shape how REGENT attracts and onboards talent as the company grows.

- Comfort learning and using systems and tools; experience with ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus
- Curiosity about the mission and willingness to learn about aerospace/maritime/defense sectors
- Collaborative approach to building relationships and making cross-functional work easier
