Recently achieving unicorn status with an $80M Series C investment from KKR at a $1B valuation, the company is already profitable and scaling rapidly across 120 countries with 130,000+ customers. As Talent Partner for Tech & Product, you will lead proactive, market-driven recruitment for Fresha's Product, Design and Engineering teams. This is a full-time, office-based role in London (5 days/week) focused on building long-term talent pipelines and engaging exceptional passive candidates before hiring needs formally arise. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture a global network of exceptional Product and Tech talent through proactive relationship-building - Develop talent-mapping and sourcing strategies aligned with current and future hiring needs - Become a market specialist with deep knowledge of relevant companies, talent profiles and industry movements - Partner closely with Product and Tech leadership to understand strategy, team evolution and capability gaps - Own the end-to-end recruitment process: requirements definition, candidate engagement, offer negotiation and close - Deliver high-quality candidate and hiring team experiences - Use talent intelligence and market insight to shape hiring plans and raise quality standards - Support recruitment across other business areas as priorities evolve - Provide trusted advisory to senior leaders on talent strategy and market dynamics You will work alongside a high-performing Talent team with experience from Google, Meta, Amazon and Uber, with opportunities for international travel and exposure to hiring across multiple markets and functions. Requirements: - Strong experience recruiting Product and Tech talent within a technology business or specialist search environment - Proven ability to proactively build relationships with high-calibre passive candidates - Deep knowledge of the Product and Tech talent market, including relevant disciplines, companies and team structures - Experience partnering with senior leaders as a trusted and credible talent adviser - Strong sourcing, networking, talent-mapping and market-research skills - Judgement and confidence to challenge hiring teams and recognise talent that raises the bar - Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills - Proactive, curious and commercially minded approach to recruitment
