You will join as a Talent Partner focused on building Tandem's engineering, product, and design teams in Stockholm. This is an end-to-end recruitment role with real ownership and impact. You'll partner closely with the CTO and tech, product, and design leaders to attract and hire exceptional builders—from software, security, data, and AI engineers to product managers and designers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with tech, product, and design leaders to understand hiring needs and define success criteria
- Own end-to-end hiring across tech, product, and design roles, from initial outreach through offer stage
- Run searches independently, make judgment calls, and take accountability for outcomes
- Develop and experiment with creative sourcing strategies to reach world-class talent beyond obvious channels, including passive and highly sought-after candidates
- Build a thoughtful, inclusive, and seamless candidate experience including technical interviews, case work, and on-site visits
- Help scale recruitment processes as Tandem grows, balancing speed with quality while maintaining an uncompromising hiring bar
- Use data to maintain healthy hiring funnels, share market insights with hiring managers, and continuously improve hiring processes
- Strengthen employer brand among technical talent through authentic storytelling about people, product, and mission
- Bring energy, curiosity, and passion into every interaction as a culture carrier
The role is based in Tandem's Stockholm HQ on Kungsgatan and requires primarily in-office collaboration. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you're trusted with real ownership from day one.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Talent Partner or Technical Recruiter, ideally in a high-growth, international environment (years matter less than demonstrated results and responsibility taken on)
- Track record of hiring engineers, product managers, and/or designers, including senior and specialist profiles
- Appetite for hard problems and high standards; comfort holding yourself to an uncomfortable bar and actively seeking more responsibility
- Deep curiosity and creativity in sourcing; ability to find overlooked talent and start conversations that get replies
- Sufficient technical fluency to understand engineering, product, and design roles and hold credible conversations with candidates and hiring managers
- Excitement about talent acquisition enablement tools and AI-driven sourcing innovation
- Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to build trust quickly, push back when needed, and communicate with clarity
- Passion for creating great candidate experience and championing diversity
- Comfort with ambiguity and change; thriving in fast-paced, high-velocity environments
