As a Talent Enablement Specialist in Operations, you will be a key member of the Talent Enablement team, delivering seamless employee experience and providing thoughtful HR support to employees and managers. You'll ensure every interaction reflects Dialogue's commitment to excellence, empathy, and operational efficiency, working collaboratively across Talent & Culture to enable people to perform at their best and support organizational strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers by addressing HR inquiries, resolving challenges, and ensuring positive employee experience - Respond to and manage ad hoc requests, ensuring timely and effective support across Talent & Culture and Talent Enablement activities - Serve as first point of escalation and backup for the Talent Development Coordinator in their absence, ensuring operational continuity - Manage employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment - Conduct exit interviews - Maintain and update knowledge documents and policies; continuously improve employee self-service resources through AI tools - Contribute to continuous optimization of Talent & Culture operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability - Partner with Talent & Culture Business Partners to support ongoing initiatives and organizational priorities Benefits include access to Dialogue's virtual mental health platform, fully funded insurance with health spending account and dental coverage, fitness reimbursement, 4 weeks vacation plus 9 wellness days and 1 volunteer day, hybrid work (3 days/week in Montreal or Toronto offices), work abroad up to 4 weeks/year, incentive plans, referral bonuses, RRSP matching, Coursera learning access, external training budget, mentorship, and optional parental leave top-up.
