Salary: USD 67,000 - 81,000 / annual

Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, is seeking a Talent Development Operations & Program Specialist to join their People & HR team in New York. This role is central to shaping the employee experience at Braze, with a focus on global new hire onboarding and learning program administration. You will own end-to-end program management of Braze's global New Hire Onboarding Program across AMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions, ensuring new employees feel welcomed, informed, and connected from day one. You'll manage day-to-day logistics, scheduling, facilitator coordination, and serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and hiring managers. You'll confidently facilitate foundational onboarding sessions both virtually and in-person, maintain onboarding platform content, and support the roadmap to transition onboarding into a more automated, dynamic experience. Beyond onboarding, you'll manage the full portfolio of talent development programs including Braze Leadership Explorer, Manager Essentials, and Aspiring Leaders Programs. This includes participant enrollment, calendar coordination, completion tracking, vendor schedule coordination, and materials management for global learning events. You'll execute front-end LMS/LXP administrative tasks such as user tagging, course publishing, and roster management. You'll administer evaluation surveys, collect participant feedback, and assemble baseline analytics to identify operational improvements. You'll also handle financial and vendor administration including tuition reimbursement, learning stipends, purchase orders, and contract processing. Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, you'll collect and analyze new hire feedback and program data to propose and implement continuous improvements. You'll manage Jira ticket triage and team workflow updates under guidance from the Lead Capability Architect. REQUIREMENTS: - 1-3 years of professional experience - Familiarity with learning management systems, HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse), and related software - Executive presence to represent Talent Development with professionalism, confidence, and personality through virtual and in-person facilitation - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness via data management tools - Ability to work effectively in team-based, collaborative environments while also working autonomously and taking ownership of projects - Experience with event/cohort management, global scheduling across time zones, and process documentation - Strong customer service mindset when working with cross-functional stakeholders (new hires, leaders, vendors)
