This is a hands-on talent acquisition role, not a generalist HR or people operations position. You will manage end-to-end hiring across multiple live roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to keep recruitment processes moving quickly and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will recruit commercial talent across multiple regions including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, and Japan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end hiring across multiple concurrent roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand priorities and move searches forward
- Keep candidate processes moving with pace and professionalism
- Contribute to hiring efforts supporting Fresha's commercial growth across Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific
- Bring market insight, good instincts, and strong execution to every search
- Maintain and update the ATS (TeamTailor) and support scheduling/admin
- Contribute to team projects including employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring events

REQUIREMENTS:
- Recruitment or talent acquisition background, ideally in an agency or similarly high-output environment
- Ability to manage several searches simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to build momentum and keep stakeholders aligned
- Resilience and composure under pressure
- Comfort with rapidly shifting priorities
- Strong judgment and decision-making capability
- Preference for being close to the business and seeing the impact of work
- Bonus: International recruitment experience, exposure to high-growth startups or product-led tech companies, hiring across commercial roles
