Smartling is an AI-native translation platform ranked #3 on Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies list, backed by Battery Ventures. The company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a fully remote position based in the ET or CT time zones.
In this role, you will be the champion of candidate experience and employer brand growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Pipeline Management: Monitor all stages of the candidate lifecycle and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Candidate Management: Screen applications, conduct assessment calls, provide feedback, and manage candidate communications with a focus on exceptional experience.
- Inbound Talent Attraction: Manage recruiting platforms to attract and engage talent.
- Data & Analytics: Maintain applicant tracking system data and ensure proper feedback collection from the recruiting team.
- Proactive Sourcing: Execute tactical research, referrals, and sourcing efforts to find and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to meet hiring goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in a tech company
- Strong communication and expectation-setting skills
- Proven ability to establish relationships at all organizational levels and manage expectations over time
- Self-starter mentality with comfort handling shifting priorities and ambiguity
- Outstanding organizational skills and drive to improve efficiency
- Sense of urgency, persistence, creativity, and resourcefulness
