As an HR Coordinator at the Lewisville Fulfillment Center, you will be the key point of contact for on-site workforce support, working directly with employees, managers, and the broader People Operations team. You'll manage critical HR processes and contribute to a seamless employee experience from onboarding through daily support.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 support for all people-related inquiries at the fulfillment center, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Manage employee lifecycle events including onboarding, training logistics, and offboarding procedures
- Administer time and attendance records, processing timesheet adjustments using physical timeclocks and HRIS software
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Collaborate with People Partners and HR specialists to escalate complex issues and improve operational workflows
You will work a Front Half schedule (Sunday-Wednesday, 10:30am-8:30pm) and be part of a supportive team culture that values collaboration, innovation, and direct feedback. The role offers opportunities for career growth and professional development in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in People Operations, HR Coordinator, or similar administrative support role
- Ability to work Front Half schedule (Sun-Wed 10:30am-8:30pm)
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and timekeeping software
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume inquiries with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trust and rapport
- Compliance-first attitude to support regulatory requirements in a heavily regulated industry
- Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus
