Salary: USD 100,000 - 130,000 / annual
Peec AI is an analytics platform for AI search, helping brands understand their visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews. The company is a Series A startup backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with 80+ employees across Berlin HQ and a new New York office.
As the first dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist in the New York office, you will own hiring pipelines end-to-end for Go-To-Market functions (Sales, Customer Success, and Enabling Functions). Your responsibilities include:
- Source strong, high-signal pipelines using creative and unconventional sourcing strategies beyond standard LinkedIn Recruiter approaches
- Execute and continuously improve the hiring process while balancing a high bar with fast execution
- Partner closely with hiring managers to drive hiring velocity, proactively managing the funnel, unblocking bottlenecks, and pushing decisions forward
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
This role offers the opportunity to build a recruiting function from the ground up in a fast-growing, well-funded startup defining a new market category.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working as part of an internal Talent Acquisition team in a hyper-growth startup, as a GTM operator at a VC-backed startup, and/or in a hyper-competitive recruitment agency environment
- Exceptional creative sourcing skills with deep understanding of GTM excellence for growing startups
- Proven ability to tell compelling stories and sell career opportunities to top talent with competing offers
- Demonstrated experience designing and running high-velocity hiring pipelines using modern, AI-centric tooling (Ashby, Metaview, Claude/ChatGPT, Clay, Lemlist, etc.)
BONUS:
- Top-tier recruiting agency experience, especially in competitive markets
- Familiarity with New York technology and startup ecosystem
- Previous experience building an office or team from scratch
