Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000 / annual
Fooda is a workplace food platform that pioneered rotating popup restaurants inside offices. Operating in 60 cities with over 100 million meals served, the company partners with 1500+ restaurants to deliver unique food programs to companies, office buildings, hospitals, schools, and distribution centers.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist on Fooda's People Team, you will own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business verticals, with a focus on Sales and GTM hiring. You will partner closely with hiring managers to develop thoughtful hiring strategies aligned with team goals and broader business priorities. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining pipelines of top talent through proactive sourcing of both active and passive candidates, providing guidance to hiring managers on interviewing best practices and market insights, and using recruiting metrics and data to track performance and optimize hiring processes.
You will prioritize building diverse and inclusive candidate slates, expanding outreach and sourcing strategies to reach a broad talent pool. You will represent Fooda at recruiting events to strengthen the company's employer brand and contribute to ongoing improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and overall talent strategy. This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills, with a proven ability to understand business needs and quickly develop positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting while remaining adaptable across a variety of functions. You are a strong communicator and relationship builder, known for your ability to influence hiring decisions, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments. You balance execution with strategy, using insights and data to continuously improve your approach.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience supporting operations and client-facing verticals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Demonstrated success managing multiple searches and delivering strong hiring outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence hiring managers
- Ability to use data and metrics to inform recruiting strategies and improve results
- Highly organized and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience in sales recruiting is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
