As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own the strategic build-out and scaling of Eye Security's Talent Acquisition function across Europe. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant scope and influence, not a people-management position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, shape hiring strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout recruitment processes
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance, with emphasis on quality and candidate experience
- Design and continuously improve recruitment processes, including structured interviews, competency-based assessments, scorecards, and feedback mechanisms
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines by engaging passive candidates and exploring new channels
- Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize recruitment performance
- Lead Talent Acquisition initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring: employer branding, recruitment operations, hiring manager enablement, recruiting events, and process improvements
You'll work with top-tier professionals from national CERTs, intelligence agencies, and leading tech backgrounds. The role offers full ownership of a strategic function in a high-growth cybersecurity scale-up, with a hybrid setup based in The Hague office and a remote-friendly culture.
