The role requires direct communication with hiring managers, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to maintain momentum on multiple open requisitions with shifting priorities. REQUIREMENTS: • 3–5 years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience • Process-oriented with strong documentation and communication discipline • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Lever and Gem preferred) and ability to integrate AI into recruiting workflows • Active engagement in your recruiting market—attending events and building a professional network • Direct communication style; ability to give honest feedback to hiring managers • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and shifting priorities while meeting timelines • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment without complete playbooks • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Preferred: recruiting experience in ad tech, media, streaming, or data industries • Preferred: demonstrated experience building or improving recruiting processes • Preferred: background in employer branding, campus recruiting, or events
