monday.com is an AI work platform used by 250,000+ customers to manage workflows and deploy AI agents. The company is rapidly scaling and seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting efforts.
In this role, you will own the complete hiring lifecycle across multiple requisitions and geographies. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, design compelling job descriptions and interview frameworks, and develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You'll manage screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews while maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout the process. You'll also build and maintain an active candidate pipeline to support future hiring targets, think creatively about new sourcing channels, and use data-driven approaches to continuously improve recruitment processes.
The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the NYC office. You'll work across a global organization with offices in New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, and Sydney.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in tech (internal recruiter or staffing agency)
- Proven track record owning the entire recruiting process
- Experience sourcing and attracting talent
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and prioritizing them
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and team members across multiple locations globally
- Ability to conduct structured and behavioral interviews
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviews, culture fit assessment, reference checks, etc.)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Strong decision-making skills and positive attitude
