CapIntel is a rapidly growing fintech platform serving wealth management enterprises across North America. Founded in 2019, the company has achieved recognition as one of Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 Canada and Fast 500 North America companies in 2025. The platform helps financial advisors explain complex investment strategies and create compelling presentations for clients. As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle recruitment end-to-end, serving as the first human connection candidates have with CapIntel. You'll set the tone for candidate experience while acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers. This is a relationship-focused role, not transactional—you'll help write job descriptions, build pipelines, run interview processes, and close offers. Key responsibilities include: - Running full-cycle searches across technical and non-technical roles from kick-off through signed offer - Maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring managers at every stage - Managing multiple active searches simultaneously without compromising quality - Building sourcing strategies that extend beyond inbound applicants and developing talent pools for anticipated roles - Conducting intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify real requirements - Bringing market and compensation data into hiring conversations - Coaching managers on structured interviewing, scorecards, and fair assessment practices - Building and improving interview kits, scorecards, and interviewer training - Strengthening employer brand and careers presence - Tracking metrics (time to hire, pipeline conversion, candidate experience) and using data to improve processes - Collaborating with the People & Talent team on hiring plans, onboarding handoffs, and broader People initiatives You'll work alongside a People & Talent Partner who knows the business and process, providing real support from day one. REQUIREMENTS: - Full-cycle recruiting experience across both technical and non-technical roles, ideally at a growth-stage company - Advisory instincts and track record of partnering with and advising hiring managers, including confidence to push back (this is not a coordinator role) - Real sourcing skill—ability to build pipelines from scratch for roles with no obvious candidate pool - Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while meeting commitments - Comfort with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms (company uses Greenhouse) - Sound judgment on building diverse teams and designing processes that reduce bias Nice to have: - SaaS, fintech, or wealthtech experience - Experience improving recruiting processes or building interviewer training from the ground up - Exposure to employer brand or careers-site work
