Blockchain.com, a leading global cryptocurrency platform with 90+ million wallet holders and 40+ million verified users, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for its Buenos Aires office (Palermo). This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment and people operations within a fast-paced, global fintech environment.
You will own the end-to-end candidate experience from first touchpoint through onboarding. Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment processes (scheduling, interview support, skill evaluation, feedback collection), creating compelling job descriptions, maintaining accurate data in Greenhouse ATS, and building relationships with industry associations, universities, and meetups to strengthen talent pipelines. You'll serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for hiring managers across the organization and support onboarding activities to ensure smooth starts for new hires.
The role requires a people-first mindset with exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and high attention to detail. You'll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week. REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR coordination roles with hands-on ATS experience (ideally Greenhouse)
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for confident communication with global stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with proven track record in prioritization, motivation, and follow-through
