As a Talent Acquisition Analyst (People Analyst), you will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. You will own the complete lifecycle of assigned vacancies, from identifying the need through closing the hire, ensuring quality candidates, process efficiency, and strong coordination with hiring managers, external providers, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing assigned recruitment processes end-to-end: organizing kick-offs, tracking vacancies, and coordinating with hiring managers and outsourced partners
- Executing recruitment, candidate selection, and evaluation; providing timely feedback and ensuring process quality
- Publishing vacancies and administering internal tools to maintain proper workflow
- Collecting and validating all required documentation for hiring
- Maintaining real-time updates and full traceability of recruitment processes
- Supporting Talent Acquisition and Development initiatives to meet departmental objectives

Requirements:
- Academic background: Degree in Psychology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR generalist in human resources management, with demonstrated experience in personnel selection, benefits administration, organizational development, and KPI tracking
