We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary Systems Team in Singapore. This role requires someone who can work independently and collaboratively, help establish frameworks and processes, and contribute to impactful cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments and is passionate about delivering robust systems solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform systems analysis and documentation, including system requirement analysis and safety reviews of new or existing autonomous system features
- Help establish and maintain processes such as requirement verification
- Partner with product, software, hardware, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of systems solutions
- Quickly acquire domain knowledge in autonomy and contribute to the team with minimal guidance while continuously enhancing expertise
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Robotics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in systems engineering or related role
- Strong systems engineering skills including methodology, requirements management, safety analysis (HARA, FMEA), and system verification/validation
- Experience with requirement management tools (Polarian, DOORS, Jama) and system modelling tools (SysML, MagicDraw)
- Experience in engineering/robotics domains with distributed systems (hardware, software, cloud applications)
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and their relation to systems engineering
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage ambiguity
Bonus Skills:
- Expertise in systems architecture, network infrastructure, and system integration
- Experience with verification test case management and traceability tools
- Experience with simulation tools
- Knowledge of safety standards (ISO26262, SOTIF)
- INCOSE or ASEP certification
