Fetcherr Labs is a founder-mode unit building agentic AI solutions for mid-market enterprises. You'll join a small, flat, deliberately senior team operating with high trust and real ownership, moving at POC speed with results-driven execution.
As System Architect, you own the technical foundation end-to-end. You'll architect and stand up a scalable, cloud-native system from whiteboard to production on a greenfield Azure environment using Kubernetes-native infrastructure, Everything-as-Code, GitOps, and CI/CD from day one.
You'll work directly with the Chief AI Officer to translate complex decisioning methodologies into clean, self-service products that customers can run without requiring a data-science team. You'll lead the coding effort—setting standards, making hard technical calls, and writing core code yourself. You'll guide engineers shoulder-to-shoulder through leadership by example, without formal management responsibilities.
A key focus is standing up a fully agentic SDLC, building the product with AI coding agents end-to-end so a small team ships with the velocity of a large organization. You'll design the integration layer enabling the product to plug into each host platform's native agent and data surfaces, allowing customers to adopt the solution without leaving their existing tools.
The role demands deep expertise in cloud architecture, distributed systems, and AI/ML integration patterns. You'll operate in a high-autonomy environment where technical excellence and architectural vision directly shape product direction.
