Razorpay, a leading full-stack fintech company processing $180+ billion in annualized transactions, is seeking a DevOps Engineer for their Kuala Lumpur office. This is a permanent full-time role (Monday–Friday) focused on building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, ensuring production system availability, performance, security, and scalability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure environments, primarily on AWS
- Collaborate with application teams to embed DevOps practices throughout the development lifecycle
- Design and implement repeatable, automated, scalable processes using Infrastructure as Code
- Develop internal tooling to simplify workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot and diagnose production issues and outages, providing operational support
- Engage in incident handling with a focus on post-mortems and knowledge sharing
- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered agents and agentic automation solutions for DevOps operations, including infrastructure management, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and deployment workflows
- Create solution prototypes and conduct proof-of-concept evaluations for new tools
Required qualifications:
- 1–3 years of hands-on DevOps experience and active practice of DevOps methodology
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
- Working knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration technologies
- Hands-on proficiency in AI technologies, with practical experience building and implementing AI agents/agentic workflows for DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, or IT operations
- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef, or Ansible)
