Fetcherr is seeking an SVP of Product to lead and scale the product function for an AI-driven platform transforming market complexity into measurable profit growth. The company's proprietary Market Model delivers 96% forecast accuracy and real-time decision intelligence, deployed across global aviation with corporate partners including Delta, Virgin Atlantic, WestJet, Viva, and Azul. The platform achieves consistent 7% average profit uplift using a glass-box AI architecture built on market data with full transparency.
In this hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, you will own Fetcherr's product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and commercial priorities. You will manage and mentor a growing team of Product Managers and domain subject-matter experts, setting clear expectations, building strong product practices, and driving accountability across the organization.
Key responsibilities include owning the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration, working hands-on with Engineering, Data, and Design teams. You will be the primary product voice in customer relationships, leading roadmap reviews, gathering requirements, and presenting product direction to enterprise stakeholders. You'll partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to support onboarding, renewals, and expansion by ensuring the product delivers on its commitments.
You will translate complex AI and algorithmic capabilities into clear, user-friendly experiences and compelling value propositions for enterprise customers. Collaborating with company leadership, you'll surface product insights that inform strategy and investment decisions. You'll drive execution discipline by managing timelines, trade-offs, and delivery in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment. This is an opportunity to shape the product strategy for an industry-agnostic AI platform scaling across volatile markets with proven enterprise traction.
