Salary: PLN 6,900 - 7,300 / monthly
Revolut is seeking a Support Specialist to manage customer complaints and oversee fair, transparent complaint resolution processes. This role sits within the Customer Support team, which serves as the first point of contact for Revolut's 65+ million customers globally.
Key responsibilities include handling incoming formal complaints within regulatory deadlines, conducting root-cause analysis, identifying and resolving issues, and setting up or improving internal complaint-handling procedures. You will organize and maintain a central archive of complaint data, ensuring accurate record-keeping and accessibility. Collaboration is central to the role: you'll work closely with internal teams including Product, Quality Assurance, and other departments to ensure efficient resolution. You'll also stay current with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all processes meet legal standards.
The role emphasizes taking ownership of problems end-to-end, contributing to a culture where fair customer treatment is prioritized, and going above and beyond standard procedures. You'll need to explain complex issues clearly to both internal stakeholders and customers.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, at least 18 months of customer service experience, fluency in English (C1+ level) and Dutch (C1+ level), excellent communication skills, strong analytical and IT abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. Investigative experience and background in retail customer service or insurance are nice-to-have skills.
